Shipping & Delivery
Goods are usually dispatched within 2 business days of ordering via a standard signed for delivery service (2-3 working days) You will receive an email to notify you that your order has been shipped, If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 business days, we will contact you via e-mail.
Please Note For monitoring purposes we confirm with the couriers that all order deliveries are successful.
48 HR delivery via courier is only available Monday to Friday (Does not include public holidays) Any orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Is only available on orders over £99 and weigh 2kg or under.
Returns & Replacements
We do our best to ensure that you are happy with your order, however if for any reason your not, please contact us as soon as possible and we will get the issue resolved the as quickly as we can.
Rights to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by contacting us, if however you have not been able to cancel by the time your order has been dispatched, we ask that you contact us and return the order to us within 2 days of the package being signed for.
Please Note The order must be returned to us unopened and undamaged or a refund will not be possible, all postage costs for returned orders due to cancellation by customers are to be paid by the customer.
Customers who believe they have a faulty item should seek our assistance before returning the items by calling 01626 779955. If goods are returned with a fault, they will be sent back to the supplier for inspection. We will wait for the suppliers decision regarding the item before replacing or refunding the goods. If the supplier decides the item has been damaged by the customer, no refund or replacement will be given. Shipping and packaging charges for returning items that prove not to be faulty, will not be covered by us.
Customers have no right of return on goods that they have damaged, regardless of if the damage was intentional or accidental. It is the customers responsibility to carefully check that all orders received are undamaged and in good working condition, if faulty please see Faulty Goods, We keep proof of postage on all orders sent out, If your order is believed to be lost by the postal service, we do not accept any responsibility, however please let us know and we will work with you and see if we can help. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned to us in the condition in which they were received. Any claims in respect of damage, shortage or manufacturing faults should be made aware to us by contacting us on 01626 779955 within 2 days of receipt of items. Damaged orders include items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us on 01626 779955 immediately. Please save all packaging material and paperwork, do not throw anything away! On some occasions the couriers have asked to see pictures of any damaged packaging.
Incorrectly Sent Items
If you place an order for an item in error, only the price of the returned goods will be refunded. The postage will not be refunded as this was not our error. We will not accept returned items that are not in new condition. It is not impossible that our staff will send you the wrong item by mistake, if this is the case we apologise. If this is the case then please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify this and return the item to us as soon as possible. Please Note We are not able to dispatch replacements to you without the incorrectly sent item being returned to us.
Please note: No items will be refunded or replaced without us first receiving the goods back. Please do not use express services to return items to us as we will be unable to refund you the full cost paid unless the item exceeds the level of compensation offered by Royal Mail. If the item has to be shipped using a courier please contact us.
